Corporate Events and Company Picnics 2010 Fall Season
Every year, more and more businesses are choosing to treat their valued employees to a corporate event at Vala’s Pumpkin Patch and Fall Festival. With its beautiful setting, lively entertainment, and special fall foods selection, Vala’s is the ideal setting for your next company picnic. Celebrate the fall season with friends and family. Roast hot dogs over a campfire, see the stage shows, shop, and take a relaxing hay rack ride around the farm. Reserve a CAMPFIRE SITE, bring your own food, or have Vala’s cater your event. We get your fire started, supply the wood, picnic tables, and bales of straw to sit on, for a charge of $55.00 for a 5-hour period. Learn more about Campfire Sites for your group.(Click here for Campfire Site Information) You may also wish to reserve our Yellow & White tent (30’ X 40’), the Red & White tent (20' X 30'), or the White tent (20' X 40') for a charge of $250. This price includes a campfire site, electricity and lighting. We also have four PARTY BARNS, small covered barns decorated with fall themes, that hold about 15 people inside and have plenty of space outside for groups of 30 to 40. Party Barns also have electricity.
If a group event is not in your plans, you may treat your employees to pre-paid General Admission Tickets, which will let them and their families attend Vala’s any time during the fall season. You may purchase the Vala’s Pumpkin Patch CORPORATE TICKETS and sell them to your employees or distribute them as a form of recognition and reward. Vala’s Pumpkin Patch opens Saturday, September 18th and Sunday, September 19th from 12 noon to 9 pm. This is a great time for corporate events, reserved campfire sites, group events, and company picnics. We will also be open Friday night, September 24th. We then open daily for the rest of the season on Saturday, September 25th, continuing every day until Sunday, October 31, 2010.

Farm Fun & Pumpkin Rate
- Children ages 3 to 10 receive a coupon for $2.50 off any pumpkin with their General Admission.
- Cost: $9.75 per person every Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday
- $12.75 per person every Thursday, Friday, Saturday, & Sunday (ages 2 & under free)

- For groups large or small, receive $1.00 off your group’s General Admission Price when you add a Vala’s Catering Package to your reservation (Packages #1 to #6). See our Catering Menu for details. If you decide not to cater your event through Vala's Pumpkin Patch you can still receive $1.00 off your group's General Admission Price with groups of 200 or more people. Quick Planning Guide
Vala's will be happy to bill your company after the date of the event so that you pay only for the number of guests that attend.
Step 1: Meet with others and decide on the “package”, the date, and the time that your group would like.
Step 2: Call (402) 332-4200 or click on "Make a Reservation" at the top of the page to make a reservation request. Give us an approximate number of people expected to attend.
Step 3: For quick entry to Vala’s, design an admission ticket with your company logo or group name, the date, and the time of your event. Use one design or color for adult tickets and another design or color for children tickets. Also, make a separate "$2.50 off a Pumpkin" coupon for the children and include the date and company name on this coupon, also. You will be billed only for the number of tickets that are used on your event date.
Other Options
-For quick entry to Vala's you may pre-purchase our Vala's Pumpkin Patch printed tickets and give them, or sell them at a reduced rate, to your guests. Note that these will not have the date of your event on them and can be used on any other date during the fall season.
-Prepare an alphabetized list of guests. This method requires your guests to stand in line at the Admissions Barn window to be checked in.
-Have your guests sign in at the Admissions Barn on the date of your event (Skip steps 4 and 5). This requires your guests to stand in line at the Admissions Barn window to be checked in.
Step 4: E-mail, fax or send by mail a copy of the ticket or the guest list to Vala’s Pumpkin Patch, with the company or group’s name, address, phone number, contact person, and date of event. E-mail to info@valaspumpkinpatch.com or fax to (402) 332-4590.
Step 5: Distribute tickets or admissions list information to your guests. After the date of your event your company or group will be billed for the number of guests attending. Designed tickets must be pre-approved before giving them to your guests.
