NEW this year, you don’t want to miss Vala’s Orchard Farm-to-Table Dinner: Live Fire Hog Roast. This is what we call “meat theater,” with a whole hog as the star! Watch Chef Jeff Myers and our culinary team as we roast, smoke, and sear a buffet-style feast served right from the flames of our live fire pit using the best local and farm-grown ingredients.
