Apple Pie
Baking Instructions: Keep pie completely frozen until ready to bake.
Preheat oven to 375°F, or 350°F for a convection oven. Spray a rimmed baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray or line with parchment paper. Bake frozen pie on prepared baking sheet for 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 hour and 25 minutes, rotating pie halfway through baking. The top of the pie will be golden-brown and juices will be bubbling out of pie. You can check apple doneness with a small, sharp knife to see if the apples are softened.
Let the pie cool for 4 hours before slicing.
Pumpkin Pie
Baking Instructions: Keep pie completely frozen until ready to bake. Preheat oven to 375°F, or 350°F for a convection oven. Place frozen pie on a baking sheet and bake for 45 to 55 minutes until the center is set, rotating pie halfway through baking. Since all ovens bake differently, check doneness by lightly touching the center of the pie. It should be shiny and dry when touched. Let pie cool before slicing.
Triple Berry Pie
Baking Instructions: Keep pie completely frozen until ready to bake. Preheat oven to 375°F, or 350°F for a convection oven. Spray a rimmed baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray or line with parchment paper. Bake frozen pie (without Streusel Topping) on prepared baking sheet for 60 to 70 minutes, rotating pie halfway through baking. The berry juices should set up and no longer be liquidy. Carefully take the pie out of the oven, and add the streusel topping, spreading out evenly over the top of the pie. Bake for another 20 to 25 minutes, until the topping is golden brown.
Let the pie cool for 4 hours before slicing.
Family-Size Chicken Pot Pie
Baking Instructions: Keep completely frozen until ready to bake. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove pot pie from packaging and solace on a baking sheet. For a glossy top, brush the top crust lightly with milk or cream. Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes to 1 hour and 45 minutes, or until the top crust is golden and internal temperature of the pot pie reaches 165°F.
Personal Pot Pie
Baking Instructions: Keep frozen until ready to bake. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place pot pie on baking sheet. For a glossy top, brush with milk or cream. Bake for approximately 45-50 minutes, until the top crust is golden-brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
All-Butter Pie Crust
Baking Instructions: Make your own delicious pie with The Pie Barn’s pie crust. Roll out each crust disk on a well floured surface, and use in your favorite pie recipe. Makes one double-crusted pie, or two single-crust pies.
